Develop dashboards and management reporting panels in Microsoft Power BI, consolidating data from multiple sources and creating interactive visualizations to track KPIs and results
Analyze project data and portfolios, generating studies and insights to monitor deliverables, KPIs, and the software factory’s performance
Prepare and structure databases for use by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cognitive engine solutions
Design and structure data environments, such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts, following industry best practices
Develop, configure, and monitor ETL/ELT processes and jobs, ensuring the continuous and reliable extraction, transformation, and availability of data
Perform data processing, cleansing, and standardization, including large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Develop and optimize SQL queries, conducting performance analysis, tuning, and improvements to complex queries
Map analytical data sources and support the evolution of the architecture and structuring of information for consumption by different business areas and solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI and Business Intelligence concepts
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including the development and optimization of complex queries
- Experience with data processing, transformation, cleansing, and integration
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, jobs, and data orchestration
- Experience with data modeling and structuring, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and/or Data Marts
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and generating business insights
- Knowledge of relational and/or multidimensional databases
- Ability to work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- Knowledge of data preparation for AI and Machine Learning initiatives
- Experience integrating APIs and LLMs for the intelligent processing and analysis of documents
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience defining and monitoring accuracy metrics for AI solutions, both by rule and by prompt
- Experience identifying inconsistencies and hallucinations in AI responses, as well as refining prompts and model context
- Experience with AI applications for document analysis, particularly in credit underwriting or similar processes
