- Serve as the national subject matter expert directing quality improvement and standardizing bylaws, processes, and communications across non-clinical medical staff offices
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical users, market leaders, and tech developers/vendors to translate needs, streamline workflow efficiency, and optimize patient care
- Leverage technology to develop centralized tracking systems and nationalized rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities
- Identify and resolve operational issues across sites to boost physician system utilization and drive patient satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure standardization, seamless communication, and sharing of best practices nationwide
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership
- MD Staff Certified strongly preferred
