Senior EDI Analyst

• Enable and manage EDI for multiple locations
• Handle EDI trading partner setup requests and analyze requirements
• Create envelopes, connections, maps, and other objects to facilitate automatic data translation and transmission to and from RealTruck ERP systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing setups and trading partner relationships
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement maps, business processes, and interfaces for intercompany and customer-facing EDI
• Manage and maintain the B2B Integrator application, including patches and upgrades, in a Windows Server environment
• Set up, configure, and maintain the EDI Dashboard
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, business analysts, and trading partners to establish EDI connections
• Assist with onboarding new partners, including specification acquisition and unique requirements
• Prioritize the EDI project queue with the IT Director
• Monitor and oversee processing of EDI documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notifications
• Troubleshoot technical issues arising during document exchange
• Identify and resolve technical problems, errors, and discrepancies related to EDI transactions
• Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Maintain documentation of EDI processes, configurations, and communication protocols
• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners
• Generate EDI transaction reports and analytics and provide management insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent experience, required
• 5+ years of experience working as an EDI analyst
• Experience creating mapping documents
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems
• 2+ years working with X12 documents
• 3+ years of experience in EDI Development
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus
• SQL or scripting experience is a plus
• Experience in STEDI and B2B preferred
• Familiarity with XML files and standard EDI documents
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to create and execute project plans
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze EDI and ERP data-related issues
• No required licenses
• Minimal travel may be required; 10% or less
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment
• Ability to perform sedentary work and repetitive hand and wrist movements
