Responsibilities
Provide finance support and guidance to the IM Partnerships & External Supply and Global Procurement teams Support quarter close and management reporting Collaborate with business to shape novel partnership models Benchmark other J&J and external companies Ensure proper submissions to FP&A team Review new/renewed Supplier Agreements Build and maintain strong relationships throughout JNJ Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably) MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required Manufacturing / Procurement experience is preferred Advanced Excel Skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based upon analysis of large data sets is required Experience with Anaplan preferred Experience with SAP and Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.) is preferred Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in finance support, management reporting, and partnership model development, with strong analytical skills in Excel and experience in procurement and manufacturing environments.
