Responsibilities
Act as the financial Business Partner for the production scope
Monitor expenses by cost center
Analyze variances in the income statement (financial and managerial) and provide relevant recommendations
Define and monitor financial improvement plans in collaboration with functional managers
Prepare and manage the production scope budget, including costs, hourly rates, analytical depreciation and residual values of fixed assets
Contribute to the preparation of financial plans
Validate investment requests through profitability analyses (ROI)
Develop KPIs, reporting and performance analyses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related field
Initial experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German
Proficient in MS Office suite and practical experience with an ERP
Autonomous, flexible and a team player
Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities and interpersonal skills
