Identify, analyse and prioritise cloud cost optimisation opportunities across Azure, AWS and GCP environments
Quantify potential savings and business benefits using FinOps methodologies and tooling
Implement usage and rate optimisation strategies to reduce cloud expenditure and improve efficiency
Design and deliver FinOps maturity roadmaps tailored to customer objectives
Lead customer workshops, presentations and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Produce customer-facing reports and optimisation recommendations
Advise organisations on cloud financial management best practices and governance
Collaborate with pre-sales, professional services and managed services teams
Support customers in establishing and scaling FinOps operating models
Help organisations build sustainable processes for continuous cloud cost optimisation
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing FinOps practices within Azure, AWS and/or GCP environments
- Strong knowledge of the FinOps Framework, lifecycle, domains and capabilities
- Hands‑on experience with cloud cost management and optimisation tools
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and identify trends, anomalies and cost‑saving opportunities
- Strong customer‑facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain cloud economics clearly
- FinOps Practitioner or FinOps Professional certification
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (desirable)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (desirable)
- Experience operating within multi‑cloud environments (desirable)
- Experience designing FinOps transformation or maturity programmes (desirable)
