- Partner with clients to produce exceptional results and build trust and commitment
- Advise clients on the best use of their UKG Pro system
- Lead clients’ UKG Pro implementations from discovery through go-live
- Ensure UKG Pro systems are optimized and proactively address obstacles
- Guide and manage a small team of consultants
- Provide shadowing opportunities and help ramp up new team members
- Lead, engage, and motivate the team to accomplish developmental and company goals
- Recommend and implement UKG Pro solutions using industry and HRIS expertise
- Consult with users, managers, and executives to determine functional specifications
- Document, analyze, test, and modify UKG Pro systems based on client and system design specifications
- Maintain target utilization rate and manage day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and book of business
- Complete projects on time and on budget
- Mentor Functional Consultants and delegate functional solutions
- Demonstrate Mosaic’s customer service vision: Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
Requirements
- 7+ years of HRIS consulting experience
- Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
- Maintain Core and one additional UKG certification and be considered a SME
- Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have)
- Experience leading client implementations from discovery through go-live
- Experience with system analysis and functional specifications
- Ability to document, analyze, test, and modify UKG Pro systems
- Strong consulting, relationship-building, communication, responsiveness, and client advisory skills
