Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of HR IT projects
Leading HR system implementations and transformation projects (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or comparable solutions)
Managing project teams, stakeholders, and external service providers
Responsibility for budget, resources, deadlines, and quality
Conducting workshops and coordinating with HR, IT, and business leaders
Analyzing and optimizing HR processes
Supporting presales activities, proposal preparation, and customer development
Ensuring professional communication with clients and management
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in HR IT, HR transformation, or digitalization projects
Proven track record of successfully leading complex software or implementation projects
In-depth knowledge of modern HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or comparable systems)
Experience in stakeholder management at the management and C-level
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Business-level proficiency in German and English
Preferred: Experience in international transformation projects or the public sector
Knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery)
