Responsibilities
Conduct requirements analyses in large digitization and migration projects
Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort/cost estimation
Outline use cases and process models and prepare business cases
Plan, implement, and develop complex IT solutions and coordinate all development assignments
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
Experience with digitization and migration projects
Strong analytical skills and a solution‑oriented working approach
IREB and HERMES certification (or willingness to obtain these in the near term)
Very good German and good French language skills
