- Convert warm leads into loan sales and close applications within 1-2 calls
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages
- Identify customer pain points and explain how personal loan products provide solutions
- Consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Help customers improve their financial situation through digital personal finance solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles
- Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining a high-energy conversation
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to come into the Tempe, Arizona office for training
- Work remotely in Texas or Florida
