Leads an enterprise matrix team responsible to orchestrate and execute all related activities to ensure specific brand launches across the globe.
Works cross‑functionally with global and local Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing sites, Quality, Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Market partners and other operations departments to ensure launches are completed successfully & compliantly by the requested launch date.
Develops and leads launch scenarios, reviews Launch Readiness and Execution project plans against targets and provides cross‑functional focus to ensure that critical activities and milestones are accomplished.
Prepares project significant events, performance reporting and Executive/Product specific updates.
Requirements
Degree in science, preferably with focus on Packaging/Operations / Supply Chain.
8+ years of related experience within Launch planning.
Experience with project management and strong problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions under time pressure and strong negotiation skills.
Experience in team leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, team capability building.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the global practices where business is conducted.
