Acts as a scientific expert and implements Medical Affairs product plans within the Region.
Engages in proactive and reactive scientific exchange of medical and scientific information with external experts.
Communicates in-label product data and discusses clinical trial programs.
Responsible for planning and conducting pipeline and strategy meetings.
Develops in-depth strategic knowledge of treatment pathways and contributes to identifying outstanding core questions.
Supports the setup, planning, and execution of clinical drug studies.
Coordinates collaboration with study sites in alignment with MAF ID/GCO.
Identifies needs for Medical Education activities and conducts these initiatives.
Participates in scientific discussions and is responsible for the Company’s scientifically excellent representation at congresses.
Requirements:
- Degree in medicine, life sciences, or pharmacy; a PhD/MD is preferred.
- Substantial scientific experience in a human clinical context.
- At least 3 years of relevant MSL experience in hematology, including building KOL networks.
- Experience leading regional medical initiatives.
- Collaboration experience with clinical trial sites.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong agile mindset.
- Very good German and English language skills.
