Senior Mobile Software Engineer, iOS

• Design, build, and maintain the native iOS application in Swift and SwiftUI
• Deliver features from technical design through release and post-launch iteration
• Own code signing, provisioning, TestFlight distribution, App Store review and submission, phased rollouts, and crash triage
• Implement code review, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
• Integrate mini-apps, payments, and virtual currency systems into the Xsolla App ecosystem
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, project management, Android, and React Native teams
• Design scalable iOS architecture focused on maintainability, performance, and developer experience
• Lead decisions around modularization, dependency injection, navigation, and state management
• Optimize Xcode builds, Swift Package Manager dependencies, and modular targets
• Build and maintain a SwiftUI component library and design system
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and mobile best practices
• Create technical specifications and architecture documentation
• Drive mobile observability through logging, crash monitoring, performance tracing, and release health dashboards
• Use AI coding agents in daily engineering workflows and improve prompting, review, and verification practices
• Build tooling, development context, automated checks, and reproducible environments for AI agents
• Prototype and ship AI-powered features using Core ML, Foundation Models, and server-side LLMs
• Design AI feature evaluations, guardrails, regression testing, fallbacks, and production failure handling
• Mentor engineers on iOS and AI-assisted development

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in Swift
• Proven track record of shipping commercial iOS applications currently live in the App Store
• Strong command of SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Combine, UIKit interop, and the Observation framework
• Understanding of iOS architecture patterns, dependency injection, and state management
• Experience with XCTest, Swift Testing, snapshot and UI tests
• Experience with CI/CD for iOS release pipelines
• Experience using Instruments for performance, memory, and energy profiling
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Daily use of AI coding agents and AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, third‑party integrations, and mobile SDK consumption
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
