- Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, as the named account point of contact
- Build hospital launch playbooks, including diligence playbooks, customer management workflows, rule creation and configuration, and automation
- Translate multiple tax IDs, multiple EHRs, and institutional adjudication rules into implementation plans with customer leadership and operations teams
- Coordinate daily with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams
- Own accounts after go-live and drive stable, repeatable collections before transition to long-term management
- Establish SLAs and handoff processes with internal partner teams
- Help define Launch and Account Management as separate Hospital Billing functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management
- Work directly with the Hospital Billing GM on critical business processes for complex customer launches
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
- Demonstrated history of creating opportunities and seeking ownership positions
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- SQL or a robust analytical background in finance or consulting is a plus
- Expertise in project management and deployment of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable building processes without an existing playbook
- Confidence running meetings with health system CFOs or revenue integrity teams
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and identify blockers before escalation
- Healthcare or RCM experience is a plus, not a filter
- Must report confirmed or potential information-security events or risks to the information security office
- Must attest to information-security requirements upon hire and annually
- Work authorization sponsorship question pertains to working in the US
