- Manage all areas of commercial real estate project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines
- Ensure functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects
- Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Apply advanced knowledge to develop improved methods for individual and department objectives
- Coach others and develop functional expertise
- Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
- Influence senior stakeholders and persuade others to adopt different viewpoints
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
- Communicate difficult and complex ideas
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking
- General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in MS Project
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
