Job Responsibilities
- Act as a senior consultant specializing in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Configure SD processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Post Goods Issue (PGI)
- Maintain pricing, condition records, tax determination, and sales structures
- Manage customer master data
- Ensure integration between SD, FI, and MM
- Execute testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Prepare functional documentation and specifications
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions
- Support enhancements, stabilization, incident resolution, testing, documentation, and operational continuity
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP SD configuration/customizing
- Solid knowledge of O2C processes in ECC and S/4HANA
- Experience with pricing, billing, and delivery processing
- Experience integrating SD, FI, and MM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting
- Solid knowledge of ECC and S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with customizing/configuration
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and support
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Experience with integrated processes and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in international/multicultural environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
