Responsibilities
- You develop bespoke full‑stack solutions and software architectures using modern stacks (e.g., Java Spring, React, Angular, Vue.js, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- You understand business/customer requirements and independently translate them into viable technical concepts
- You mentor less‑experienced colleagues (e.g., through pair programming or code reviews) and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science or a related IT discipline from a university or university of applied sciences
- Several years of professional experience in software development (e.g., Java / Spring Boot and frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js)
- Experience working in client‑facing environments (both traditional and agile) and the ability to communicate technical decisions confidently
- You bring the necessary passion to take initiative and help build out our new location with us
- You enjoy collaboration — whether in client contexts, fully remote, or informally by the coffee machine
- You are proficient in German at a minimum of C1 level
- Some willingness to travel within the Hannover region, and occasional travel to our offices and clients in North Rhine‑Westphalia (NRW)
