Responsibilities
- The software engineer will have experience with process-based applications using SAP Business Objects.
- They will coordinate the configuration management aspects of OCIO technical project(s).
- Implement applications using Gitlab, JIRA, and follow software/database design best practices, performance standards, and develop code adhering to the latest IT security trends.
- Review and assist in planning and execution of software promotion through development, test, and production environments while supporting data migration activities.
- The software engineer must have experience working directly with end-users and SMEs to ensure technical programming functionality meets the desired system requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands‑on application development experience leveraging Gitlab or similar software code repositories, with a good understanding of SAP Web Intelligence (i. e.
Webi) tools, architectural principles, models, and patterns to implement solutions independently
- At least 7 years of experience with the business processes of government Grant Programs '
- Experience defining and implementing solution architecture for large, complex, and inter‑related IT systems as well as proficiency with coding in modern object‑oriented software/scripting program languages
- At least 10 year experience of hands‑on deliveries with SAP business report programming, SAP Universe Creation, and PL/SQL
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/lnformation Systems/Engineering or other relevant discipline, a minimum of 10 years of Appian work experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
