Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience
- Strong background in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management
- Deep knowledge of the Energy industry
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud certification required; can be obtained during ramping
- Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience managing backlogs and executing sprints as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
- CSM or PSM certification
- Comfort with GitHub, Pull Requests, and version control workflows
- Basic code literacy, such as LWC, Apex, or JSON
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or working as a Solution Engineer, Technical Business Analyst, or in pre-sales
- Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
- CSPO or CSM certification preferred
