- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in trading process and efficiency
- Process client model change requests by generating across-the-board (ATB) block trade orders and performing related risk controls
- Process maintenance requests including new accounts, cash flows, terminations, and tax harvests by rebalancing accounts and routing trade orders for execution
- Communicate client model changes to Model Only/UMA sponsors according to the ATB trade order rotation and client SLAs
- Perform Trading Services on behalf of clients to assist connectivity between Vestmark and sponsors
- Manage trade operations, including trade order management, execution review, and reconciliation across Vestmark and enterprise client platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Separately Managed Account (SMA), Unified Managed Account (UMA) or wealth management industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Good work ethics
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Vestmark, CG Trade Connect, InvestCloud (formerly Fiserv APL), Fiserv MMS or Envestnet Manager Portal (EMP) preferred
- Knowledge of tax overlay and direct indexing preferred
