SEO Coordinator

• Develop and coordinate SEO strategies based on business objectives, organic performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Define priorities, timelines, deliverables, and SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts
• Conduct or oversee intent-based keyword research, clustering, funnel alignment, and opportunity analysis
• Develop SEO content strategies and review content briefs, landing page recommendations, and content plans
• Lead or review technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with developers and stakeholders
• Define and oversee backlink and off-page strategies
• Conduct SERP analysis, competitor benchmarking, content gap analysis, and identify organic visibility opportunities
• Coordinate implementation of SEO recommendations with Content, Development, and other teams
• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, priorities, and workload across assigned accounts
• Review SEO deliverables from Analysts and Junior team members for quality assurance
• Provide technical and strategic guidance, identify bottlenecks, and support team development
• Act as strategic SEO point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Lead monthly performance meetings and participate in strategic client discussions
• Communicate progress, results, challenges, and next steps while maintaining agreed SLAs
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, visibility, CTR, conversions, and other KPIs
• Prepare or review monthly performance reports and define actionable next steps
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other platforms to inform strategy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and link building best practices
• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, keyword research, audits, content briefing, implementation follow-up, reporting, and optimization
• Experience managing multiple SEO accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Strong experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Ability to conduct, prioritize, and follow up on technical, content, and off-page SEO audits
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable SEO strategies and business recommendations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience using ClickUp, SENTR, or similar CRM/task management platforms
• Experience reviewing or mentoring other SEO professionals is highly desirable
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively
• Advanced English – mandatory
