You will start by working in operations, overseeing client projects and actively contributing to development yourself. Gradually, with mentoring from the founders, you will take on coordination of the small development team and freelancers — while remaining largely hands‑on in development. In the long term, and without time pressure, we will jointly transition you into operational leadership (CEO) including the option for company equity (this can happen quickly or more gradually). Requirements
Experience in software or database development. Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) are mandatory. You do not need to be a manager today. What matters are reliability and an interest in developing into a leadership role over the long term. Initial leadership experience is not required.
