You have training or experience in information technology.
You have experience in software development.
You have initial exposure to ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
You have strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL and PowerShell.
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
You are familiar with terms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and IIS.
It's not a problem if you don't meet all of the qualifications listed above — your future colleagues will gladly help you get up to speed and further develop your skills.
