Requirements
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (3-8 years PQE)
- Litigation experience
- Keen interest in Specialist Liability work
- Ability to handle both high value and sensitive cases
- Ability to analyze factually and legally complex cases and extract relevant evidence and data
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively, as well as independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work at a fast pace in intellectually challenging work
- Commitment to excellent client service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-standard work for high-profile clients
- Track record of developing and maintaining good client relationships
- Empathy for public-sector clients
- Commercial/industry awareness
- Ability to run fast-paced child abuse and social care claims (preferred)
- Experience attending Inquests and advising on the coronial process (preferred)
- Demonstrable experience consistently delivering excellent client service (preferred)
- Inquest expertise (highly desirable)
