- Define product vision and strategy for winning and serving high-net-worth clients
- Own the roadmap for Wealthsimple's upmarket growth strategy
- Lead planning, development, launch, and iteration of an expanded Tiers program
- Build personalized in-product experiences that encourage clients to consolidate their financial lives with Wealthsimple
- Manage the funding and consolidation funnel from first session through a fully consolidated relationship
- Craft incentives, onboarding journeys, and product experiences
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal, Compliance, and other departments
- Own a meaningful product area and influence broader initiatives

Requirements
- Experience shipping products across customer-facing and platform work
- Experience owning a product or significant product area
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
