- Use open-source intelligence and collection tools to identify, assess, and monitor planned events and emerging risks across the Americas
- Monitor demonstrations, protests, labor strikes, activism-related activity, and upcoming events for operational, safety, travel, and business continuity impacts
- Serve as the primary intelligence resource for an Americas-focused area of responsibility
- Monitor elections, political developments, civil unrest, labor activity, security incidents, and emerging regional trends
- Research and analyze complex events and developments from multiple sources
- Produce timely intelligence alerts, assessments, weekly intelligence briefs, situation reports, and other intelligence products
- Validate reporting and ensure intelligence products meet standards for accuracy, relevance, and timeliness
- Collaborate with the Global Intelligence Team to improve collection methodologies, analytical processes, intelligence coverage, and reporting
- Support efforts across other regions as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, strategic intelligence, geopolitical risk, security operations, international relations, risk analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong research and synthesis skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies, social media monitoring, and intelligence collection tools
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain situational awareness across a broad geographic portfolio with minimal supervision
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Professional Spanish reading proficiency preferred
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus
- Experience monitoring or analyzing risk in the Americas preferred
- Commitment to the agreed-upon Tues-Sat, 9am-5pm CT shift, with flexibility for evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Remote U.S.-based work authorization required; must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
