- Partner with the client's product and operations lead to prioritize a backlog of process and systems projects, shipping in roughly two-week increments
- Map current-state workflows and redesign them into documented, scalable future-state processes
- Build AI-enabled systems and workflows to support functions like materials logistics, inventory, and fulfillment
- Build new apps and internal tools using Supabase, Vercel, and similar modern stacks
- Replace legacy or no-code tooling with durable, secure, permissioned solutions
- Document and roll out new processes and tools so internal teams can adopt and maintain them independently
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to own a backlog of projects with light day-to-day oversight
- Strong experience mapping and redesigning operational workflows for lean, fast-scaling teams, from process discovery through documented, future-state SOPs
- Full-stack builder comfortable shipping lightweight internal tools end to end, ideally on Supabase and Vercel
- Track record replacing ad hoc or no-code tooling (Glide, spreadsheets, manual trackers) with durable, scalable systems
- Broad LLM fluency; comfortable working across model platforms rather than being tied to one
- Experience with Supabase and Vercel for full-stack app builds
- Experience with Claude and other frontier LLM platforms
- Experience migrating teams off no-code tools onto durable systems
- Comfortable building and maintaining process documentation and SOPs
