Responsibilities
- Lead the financial accounting function for the parent company and its subsidiaries
- Manage and support a team of five employees
- Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
- Support the team with day-to-day operations
- Further optimize processes using AI
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience, skills, and interests
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience independently preparing financial statements
- Experience in process optimization involving the use of AI
- Excellent spoken and written German skills
- Team player with an interest in professional development
