- Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use, co-occurring conditions, and overall functioning
- Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications, monitor for side effects, and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with the Holon care team and external providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
- Serve as a clinical consultant on complex or high-need cases
- Educate clients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery support strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and medical standards
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous training
- Provide telehealth-based assessments, medication management, and care coordination
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted NP license in Washington
- Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable)
- Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Experience in addiction medicine or psychiatry
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in EHR platforms
- Deep compassion toward individuals living with SUD and mental health challenges
- Ability to collaborate in integrated and team-based care models
- Ability to navigate complex systems
- Clear and confident virtual communication skills
