Responsibilities
Support in the operation of corporate clients' IT infrastructures
Responsible for the smooth and comprehensive operation of the customer systems assigned to you
Incident resolution, root cause analysis and remediation, and system monitoring
Maintenance of IT infrastructures
Development of implementation concepts for change requests
Taking responsibility for implementing the agreed implementation concepts
Requirements
Several years of experience in a comparable role
Broad, well‑founded and practical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, O365/Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, virtualization and storage solutions (ESX, Hyper‑V / NetApp, Nimble), backup (Veeam, Backup Exec), and in firewall and network environments (Sophos, Cisco)
Degree from a higher technical school or equivalent and technical certifications are an advantage
Strong customer‑service orientation and enjoyment of client contact
Confident and professional demeanour
Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
Team‑oriented work style
Ability to develop own solutions
Strong sense of responsibility and duty
High resilience and flexibility
Driver's license, category B
