- Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools
- Identify process automation and efficiency-improvement opportunities
- Partner with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
- Support adoption of AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities
- Establish and improve data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
- Develop custom business applications using Power Apps
- Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration
- Travel up to 10% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint
- Experience with large datasets and data visualization
- Experience using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
- Up to 10% travel
- Preferred: experience with Lean/CORE or other process improvement methodologies
- Preferred: knowledge of data governance and data architecture principles
- Preferred: experience developing dashboards, automated workflows, or data-driven applications
- Preferred: exposure to AI/ML, digital engineering, or process automation
- Preferred: experience with large or complex datasets
- Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred: curiosity and demonstrated interest in emerging technologies
