Responsibilities
- Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers on role requirements and sourcing strategy
- Source and engage candidates for technical and business roles
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, online communities, referrals, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools
- Research relevant companies, markets, and niche talent pools
- Keep candidate information and pipeline status up to date in the ATS
- Share market insights and sourcing ideas with the TA team
- Manage early candidate communication and qualification
- Coordinate suitable candidates for their first conversation with the TA team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment with a strong sourcing focus
- Experience sourcing for technical, product, business, or go-to-market roles
- Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills and confidence using various sourcing tools
- Experience with complex, niche, or hard-to-fill searches is a plus
- Practical use of AI tools for sourcing, research, or outreach
- Strong candidate communication, organisation, and ownership
- Strong written English
- Russian is a plus
- B2B cooperation only through your own legal business entity, such as a sole proprietorship, limited company, or equivalent
Demonstrates expertise in talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical and business roles. Proficient in using advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches, to build targeted talent pipelines.
