- Assume responsibility for your own client portfolio
- Independently perform financial bookkeeping and prepare annual financial statements
- Prepare BWA (management reports) and VAT advance returns, and assist with other tax filings
- Work closely with a team of accountants, tax clerks and tax advisors
- Respond to ongoing inquiries professionally and courteously via email and telephone
- Contribute proactive ideas to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte), a degree with a tax specialization, or an equivalent qualification
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of DATEV is a plus
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1)
- Structured, reliable, and enjoy working independently
