Responsibilities
In this role you are the primary point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions, support and complex network projects
You combine technical expertise with direct customer contact and ensure that our solutions operate reliably in demanding environments
As the main contact person you support our customers in Switzerland with technical issues related to applications, support and after-sales — both remotely and on-site
You analyze customer requirements and develop tailored network and solution concepts based on your findings
You independently manage projects — from consulting, planning and training to supporting customer commissioning
In presales situations you apply your technical know-how, advise customers and assist in preparing proposals and solutions
Preparing technical documentation, network designs and training materials is also part of your responsibilities
You represent the company through presentations at trade fairs, events and conferences, communicating complex topics clearly and practically
Working closely with sales, you further develop existing customer relationships and identify new application opportunities for our solutions
You also monitor market and technology trends and actively feed your insights into customer projects and internal developments
Requirements
You have a completed technical apprenticeship or a degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, computer science or a related field
You already have knowledge of network technology, data communication or IT
Ideally, you have experience in technical support, presales or in project work related to data networks or industrial infrastructures
Extended industry knowledge in the energy and water/wastewater sectors is an advantage
You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy taking responsibility in projects
A strong understanding of customer requirements and a solution-oriented mindset characterize you
Strong communication skills, a confident manner and negotiation skills are among your strengths
You communicate confidently in German and English; French is a plus.
