Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a bachelor's degree in any field combined with a postgraduate degree in IT, recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)
- Solid experience in web systems development
- Solid experience in technical leadership roles
- Experience with Java and web application development
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or equivalent technologies
- Strong command of MVC architecture
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration
- Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of object storage and unstructured data storage, such as MinIO or S3-compatible solutions
- Experience providing technical leadership to agile teams, reviewing solutions, and mentoring developers
