Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a similar field, ideally with a specialization in track engineering
- Several years of experience in a technical leadership position in railway/track construction
- Solid knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), Deutsche Bahn procedural specifications, project management and work planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and very good German and English language skills
- High level of initiative, resilience and decisiveness
- Willingness to travel within Germany
