Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience, including large‑scale system implementations and data migrations.
- Must have experience in the telecom, cable, or broadband enterprise industry.
- Proven success managing data migration efforts from legacy to modern platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into actionable strategy for diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical thinker with the ability to rapidly synthesize complex information and present it in a succinct, insightful format for decision‑making.
- Resourceful with a strong desire to continuously learn, explore, and dig deeper into challenges and solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and business domains.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and executive presence, with the ability to influence outcomes, "right the ship," and deliver clear, executive‑ready status updates (including RAG health indicators and visual dashboards).
- Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving accountability, alignment, and delivery across diverse teams.
- Expertise in developing executive presentations and stakeholder materials, delivering concise, meaningful insights and program updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and Smartsheet.
