- Promote and sell application and system solutions within the MMM industry
- Collaborate with the vertical team and Global Solutions Leader to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical support in developing customer proposals
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the MMM market
- Work as an individual contributor with autonomy to make decisions and drive results

Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience with industrial automation, process control, APC, or industrial software solutions
- Experience developing and presenting technical proposals, solution architectures, and customer-facing solution designs
- Experience with Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) or other heavy industrial/process manufacturing environments
- Technical expertise in automation, electronic, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, or systems engineering
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Commercial mindset focused on revenue growth and market expansion
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and product teams
- Ability to work autonomously
- Effective communication and influencing skills with executive presence
