- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models throughout all project phases
- Create and manage models using Revit and other Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD
- Generate construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and project deliverables from BIM models
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to resolve model coordination issues
- Support design and construction teams through BIM process and deliverable management
- Maintain BIM standards and coordinate multidisciplinary designs
- Ensure delivery of high-quality project documentation
Requirements
- Associate's degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, or construction technology role
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360
- Basic understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Autodesk Revit Certified User (ACU) certification preferred
- Candidate may be required to complete a basic Revit skills assessment
- Experience supporting large‑scale projects preferred
