- Lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security within the CISO organisation
- Lead a small team, initially comprising four people
- Secure and manage local AI use and access
- Manage software, SaaS, and browser plug-in controls
- Work on general system administration
- Collaborate closely with the wider Colleague Technology Services and Security teams
- Support team members in achieving their goals and progressing their careers
- Evolve colleague identity capabilities
- Ensure consistent malware protection
- Enhance data security, including classification, location, and protection in use and at rest
Requirements
- Experience leading a small team or serving as a strong technical lead with interest in progressing into people leadership
- Previous experience with AI / Agentic AI
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities
- Passion for supporting and developing people in their roles
- Technical expertise implementing and managing identity solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced DevOps-style environments
- Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments
