Responsibilities
Handle timber structure projects through all SIA phases 21 to 53
Perform structural modeling and calculations, including seismic checks
Develop technical details and execution/construction drawings in coordination with the project’s various stakeholders
Work as part of a team with an experienced project manager as well as with architects, contractors and specialized partners
Contribute to the preparation of tender submissions and associated technical documents
Requirements
Degree in engineering specialized in timber construction or equivalent qualification
Ideally 2 years of experience in timber structures
Proficiency in structural modeling and structural calculations, including seismic analysis
Drawing skills for producing timber framing and connection/assembly drawings using software such as cadwork 2D/3D
Ability to work effectively in a team within a stimulating environment
Excellent command of French, ideally complemented by knowledge of English and/or German
Dynamic, organized, autonomous and proactive personality, with a strong sense of priorities and rigor
