Responsibilities
- Monitor domestic and international shipments and keep transportation flows running smoothly
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Oversee the supply chain and help ensure deliveries arrive on time
- Optimize transportation processes focusing on cost efficiency, delivery performance, and quality
- Support balanced truck arrivals to improve warehouse efficiency and operational flow
- Review transport concerns, manage claims and complaints, and support timely resolutions that help minimize interruptions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs
- Experience in transportation and logistics operations
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics processes, and controlling; experience with SAP Warehouse Management is a plus
- High degree of organization, ability to complete work without direct oversight
- Effective planning and prioritization abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Team-based environments, positive and supportive contributions to meet shared objectives
- Consistent commitment to safety and prioritizing safety in every task
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
