- First point of contact for customers reporting claims
- Independently evaluate benefit claims under travel insurance policies
- Make well-founded decisions within delegated authority and handle claims settlement
- Identify potential subrogation/recovery claims and document them
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist or equivalent qualification
- At least one year of experience in claims or benefits handling
- Basic medical, business administration, or legal knowledge
- Very strong German language skills and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and with great attention to detail
