- Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment
- Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it
- Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
- Manage inventory control
- Travel approximately 90% of the time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment
- Strong technical skills (systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, error code interpretation)
- Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (or TRIMEDX certification)
- CBET Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Fluency in electronics and real-world troubleshooting
- Clear communication with clinicians, vendors, and leadership
- Precision, compliance, and attention to detail
