- Drive appropriate product adoption across targeted urology accounts
- Engage urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders
- Meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in the assigned territory
- Develop, implement, and execute integrated territory business plans
- Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state and approved product
- Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel
- Utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement
- Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization
- Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale
- Identify and address barriers to product adoption
- Plan activities to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage
- Develop product and account knowledge and monitor market trends
- Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics
- Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions
- Share best practices with sales peers
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy and analyze sales activity effectiveness
- Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners
- Manage the territory budget
- Complete administrative tasks and execute company brand strategy
- Participate in training and development programs
- Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures
Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
- Valid driver's license
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry
- 2+ years of practice group account management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Consistent record of top-tier sales performance and proven product launch success
- Demonstrated success driving demand generation within large group accounts
- Urology sales experience strongly preferred
- Anti-Infective experience preferred
- Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes
- Deep knowledge of group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles
- Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs
- Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
- Exceptional presentation and selling skills, coupled with strong business acumen
