- Develop channels with the General Manager (Commercial) and stakeholders to expand the accessible market
- Support go-to-market strategy and develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Analyze leads, pipelines, sales performance metrics, and KPIs; implement measures to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with external business development leaders and negotiate favorable contracts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, including employers, payors, unions, and consultants
- Lead RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closings for CareStation deployments; oversee contract execution
- Expand strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to accelerate CareStation market reach
- Represent OnMed at industry events, conferences, and executive forums
- Monitor industry developments and market trends to formulate sales strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Management, Finance, and Operations to align sales with priorities and roadmap
- Partner with Product, Data, and Strategy teams on market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Ensure cross-functional execution during CareStation contract deployment and unit implementation
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

- Exceptional oral, written, and executive communication skills
- Advanced persuasive communication and negotiation abilities, including leading complex enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strategic thinking capabilities, with demonstrated success designing and executing market expansion, channel development, and revenue growth strategies
- Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, and initiative
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar function, including at least 5+ years selling to employers or unions
- Proven success selling to employers, including HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, or Corporate Development audiences
- Strong experience with unions and benefits consultants
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and consultative selling approaches
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting
- Willingness to travel as needed for work-related purposes
