Responsibilities
Lead and further develop vocational training in German and Western Switzerland (focus on retail).
Recruit apprentices and expand training positions.
Provide comprehensive support including evaluations and preparation for final qualification exams (QV).
Support vocational trainers, enabling and coaching them in day-to-day operations.
Organize induction days and apprentice events.
Ensure administrative processes and quality management.
Serve as full deputy in the absence of the Head of Training.
Requirements
Completed basic vocational training with further education in HR, vocational education or business administration.
Several years of experience in vocational training within retail and in building and developing training structures.
Affinity for and good knowledge of digital media and learning platforms, and solid understanding of the Swiss education system.
Very good German and French language skills.
