Requirements
- 3-5 years of web design work with a portfolio containing real, live examples
- Solid, hands-on Webflow experience shipping production sites
- Proficiency with Figma for designing, prototyping, and preparing files for build
- User-first design approach
- HTML/CSS knowledge sufficient to determine when custom code is appropriate
- Knowledge of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility basics
- Working knowledge of SEO, including metadata and page structure
- Self-directed, communicative, and reliable about deadlines
- Portfolio submission required
