- Independent commercial management of a portfolio of engaging properties
- Point of contact for tenants and owners on all commercial matters
- Maintenance of leases, property documentation and master data
- Review and approval of incoming invoices
- Handling ongoing correspondence with service providers and other interfaces
- Organising and conducting homeowners' association (WEG) meetings
- Account reconciliation in cooperation with internal accounting
Requirements
- Commercial awareness and a desire to work independently
- Confident use of common MS Office software
- Experience with Domus is a plus but not required
- Open to new technologies such as LLMs and automations
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
