Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
Professional certification as a balance sheet accountant is desirable
Relevant professional experience in accounting
Several years of leadership experience
Strong affinity for IT and hands-on experience with digitalization processes
Excellent German and English language skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident professional presence
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
